What is Kitcart?
Kitcart gives a small business everything it needs to sell online in one place: a store, payments, shipping, email and SMS marketing, courses and bookings, all run from one dashboard and the Kitcart app.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You pick a theme, change it in the visual editor, add your products and share your link. Quick setup walks you through payments and delivery.
How long does it take to get a store live?
Most people have a working store the same day. Your store gets a Kitcart link straight away, and you can connect your own domain later.
Is there an app?
Yes. The Kitcart app is on the App Store and Google Play, so you can check orders from your phone.
The free plan
How long is the free plan?
30 days, with up to 10 products.
Why do you need my card?
It keeps the free plan for real businesses. We confirm the card with a $1 hold that is released straight away, so nothing is charged while you're on the free plan.
What happens when the free plan ends?
Your store moves to Bronze and your card is charged $50 for one year, unless you cancel or choose another plan first. We email you 3 days before, with the date, the amount and a one-click link to cancel.
How do I cancel?
Use the link in the reminder email. If you cancel, nothing is charged and your store stops when the free plan ends. You can come back and pick a plan any time.
Can I skip the free plan and pay now?
Yes. Choose any plan on the pricing page and pay for it straight away.
Plans and billing
How do plans work?
Plans are paid yearly, and some can be paid monthly for a minimum number of months. Bigger plans add products, courses, premium themes and add-ons. Compare plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from your dashboard whenever you need more, and your store, products, orders and customers stay as they are.
What is an add-on?
An extra feature you can switch on for your store, like loyalty cards, social proof or fraud protection. Many are included in bigger plans. See all add-ons.

Selling and getting paid
How do my customers pay?
With KitPay, customers pay by card or bank transfer at checkout. You can also connect gateways like Stripe and Flutterwave, offer cash on delivery, send payment links, and take card payments from your dashboard. About KitPay.
How do bank transfers work?
Customers pay into your bank account and tell you they have paid. You check your bank app, then approve or disapprove the payment from your dashboard.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on plans that include a custom domain. Connect one you own or buy one inside Kitcart. SSL is set up for you.
Can I sell courses and bookings?
Yes. Courses come with episodes and student enrolment, and bookings let customers pick a time and pay up front.
How does delivery work?
Set your delivery zones and rates once and checkout charges the right fee. Carrier rates can show live at checkout.
