Exclusions:

Domain Registration: We do not offer refunds for domain registration fees. However, you have the option to generate an EPP code (Authorization Code) for your domain and transfer it to another registrar. Kitcart's official domain provider is Namepython. You should check their pricing for the potential cost of your domain
Email Services: We also do not offer refunds for business email service fees as you get to keep your email outside of kitcart. Kitcart's official business email provider is Mailergram. You should check their pricing for the potential cost of your email service

EPP Code and Domain Transfer:

If you have registered a domain with us and wish to transfer it to another registrar, you can generate the EPP code through your domain settings. The EPP code is necessary for initiating the domain transfer process with your new registrar.
